How do I return my order?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 15 days of the order delivery date. All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment. Sisco + Berluti will not accept returns after 15 days from purchase date when purchased within the United States.
How do I return my order if I ordered from outside the US?
Please email customercare@siscoberluti.com. We accept returns for unused merchandise within 30 days of receiving your order. International customers must cover return shipping cost. Sale items are not returnable.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post) and hold onto your mailing receipt. Sisco + Berluti is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
